Even though I'm happy with my job I sometimes think I got the wrong one. A somehow creative mind with so many interests seemingly cannot reconcile different job descriptions... At least when you're stuck being a usual employee.
Well, if I cannot physically be at the happenings my heart is craving for, there fortunately still is the internet I can "spy" on the desired events. This time it's the Berlin Fashion Week. Currently taking place in the german capital the internet doesn't show that much info, neither pictures nor videos. Looking at the vast program of the fashion shows makes me wonder how you decide where to go to. Practically not knowing any designer (except for the famous ones) I was really surprised to see the name of a former MTV colleague there: Leyla Piedayesh with her label "Lalaberlin". Her fashion line wasn't that surprising though - it is definitely her style! She has beautiful "soft" clothes that remind me of the girls' fashion in Tel Aviv, Israel. Check it out at www.lalaberlin.com.
Only discovering a munich fashion designer who studied at St. Martin's College in London and has his office in munich's prettiest area "Glockenbachviertel", made me feel patriotically proud...
Not bad his fashion designs either, very female and a bit saucy if you look closely (click on the pic)! Check this out, too.
Marcel Ostertag, Fashion Designer from Munich @Berlin Fashion Week 2010

Ich mag MArcel OStertag. Sehr schoene Kreationen.
